It is located in Chies d'Alpago, an area dotted with interesting villages, surrounded by the Pre-Alps of Belluno and by a succession of meadows and woods, hills and slopes that rise from the lake of Santa Croce towards the Cansiglio wood.

Going up from the busy village of San Martino, following a road surrounded by greenery, you will reach the foot of Mount Teverone, in the locality of Moda.
A magnificent view of the Alpago basin will open before your eyes, where the peaks of the mountains frame the multicolored waters of Lake Santa Croce.
La Casera has the rustic shell of a typical mountain hut, but reveals a delicious fruit inside: comfort, modernity and taste will surprise you. Studied down to the smallest detail to give you the tranquility that can only be enjoyed at an altitude of 900 metres, you will not regret the technology and comforts of a luxury hotel.
The name of the Casera derives from the land where it was built: a small flat plot surrounded by sloping land, defined by our ancestors pian grand, or plateau. Small sigh of relief during the summer haymaking, usually carried out on steep terrain.
